🧘♀️Today, waking up felt a bit off, but post-meditation, it’s like the world realigns for me. 🌟 When I first started meditating, 5 minutes felt like forever, and now I’m hitting the 20-30 minute mark. My trick is I always find a guided meditation on youtube and use habit stacking; meaning I meditate while in the sauna as a way to get both things done.
