So many of us walk by a mirror and immediately pick apart our flaws. I’ve seen countless women, dear friends of mine, shaming themselves over their weight, their looks, or a home they feel isn’t clean enough. And men, I know you do this too, even though you don’t say it out loud.

Here’s a little technique I’ve adopted to combat this cycle of self-criticism: Every time you pass a mirror, instead of zeroing in on what is wrong, find something to praise. Even if it’s as simple as appreciating your eyelashes or how good your pedicure looks.

Over time, this small act grows. By consciously choosing to see beauty in yourself, you’ll start feeling more aligned, silencing the inner critic and become the rockstar you are! Let’s celebrate ourselves more and critique less. 💕

Inspire us and share one thing you like about yourself in the comments.
