This video is REALLY hard to share…But the lesson is the toughest times in our lives can sometimes point us to what we’re meant to do. I’ve been there—in so much physical and mental pain that I kept asking, “Why me?” The doctors, the meds… nothing was cutting it. So, I hit a point where I knew something had to change.

And that’s when I dove head-first into self-development. Sounds cliché, but it was either that or die. It was about changing how my brain worked, swapping out the “why is this happening to me?” for “okay, how is this happening for me?” I realized that it happened to me so I could help you!

Now, when I talk to folks, whether it’s a few people or a crowd, I’m not just telling my story—I’m showing them it’s possible to climb out of that hole. I’m living proof that the mess can turn into a message. That’s why I got into speaking. It’s all about turning that pain into something that can actually make us stronger.

What happened to you that didn’t break you but made your stronger? Inspire in the comments.
