Becoming a mom filled my world with joy, but it also meant learning a whole new level of balancing acts—especially when it came to taking care of myself. My husband was super supportive, encouraging me to hit the gym and shake off the post-baby blues, but there was this nagging guilt, and yep, it was all coming from yours truly.

It hit me—I’d spent years learning about self-love, but I wasn’t practicing it at all. Love isn’t a warm, fuzzy feeling; it’s an action, a commitment. 🌟

And then it clicked, like when they tell you on a plane to put on your own oxygen mask before helping others. I realized taking care of myself isn’t taking away from my little one; it’s making sure I’m at my best for them.

So, here’s the game plan, folks: Let’s redefine self-love, making it less about feeling and more about doing. Let’s commit to lifting ourselves up because when we’re soaring high, we’re unstoppable. And our little ones deserve that version of us. 💪💕
