I used to skip breakfast and call it “intermittent fasting”, I’d run on caffeine and adrenaline. All that did was lead me to burn out and overeating in the afternoon to make up for it.

Now breakfast is a non-negotiable. Every day I eat the same thing so I don’t have to think about it. You would NEVER starve your 5 year old child, so why do that to yourself? Loving yourself, is eating when you’re hungry, sleeping when you’re tired, and going to the dang gym when you don’t feel like it.

I know it’s a controversial subject, but what do you think? .
