For a long time, my version of success looked a lot like a drill sergeant’s playbook. Push harder, demand more, and accept nothing less than perfection. And while it got results, it also left me burned out, sick, and depressed. 😔

But then came the revelation. 🌟 If I didn’t treat myself with LOVE and respect, my body wold force me to shut down. There was no option.

It’s amazing how when we show ourselves kindness, patience, and a little bit of grace, the path to our goals becomes so much more fulfilling. Self-love isn’t about spa days or bubble baths (although those are great too!). It’s about the day to day ways we take care of ourselves, respecting our pace, celebrating the small victories, and reminding ourselves that we are enough.
