Ever heard that nagging little voice inside that loves to point out all your flaws? 😒

I’ve found a fun hack to tackle that negative self-talk: give it a name! For me, it’s a bully I had in school . Every time those pesky doubts creep in, I firmly say, “Shut up, Tara! I’m actually amazing, and here’s why…”. Naming that voice not only makes confronting it a little light-hearted, but it also detaches that negativity from your identity. 🙌✨

Remember, we all have our inner ‘Tara’ – the voice that magnifies our mistakes and belittles our achievements. But by naming it, we can separate ourselves from it, address it directly, and redirect our focus to our strengths and accomplishments.

So the next time you’re doubting yourself, tell Tara (or whatever name you choose) to take a seat. Celebrate yourself, because you ARE truly amazing! 🌟

What would your bully’s name be? Drop the name below! Let’s crush these inner critics together! 💪❤️
